The deal, in plain sentences.
Short because the arrangement is short: you buy a licence, you run tests, you own what comes out of them. Everything below is either a rule that protects your visitors or a limit we are honest about up front.

Agreement
1. What you are buying
A one-time, non-transferable licence for one person to use VerifyToLaunch. There is no subscription and no renewal. The licence covers unlimited ideas and unlimited traffic, and includes the token allowance stated on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
We will keep shipping improvements and you get them. We are not promising any specific future feature, and nothing on the marketing site should be read as a commitment to build one.
2. Your account
One human per licence. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything a colleague or contractor does with your credentials. Tell us at support@verifytolaunch.com if you think someone else has access.
3. Tokens
Tokens pay for generation work: building a funnel, producing creatives, rewriting copy. They do not expire, they are not refundable for cash outside the 30-day guarantee, and they carry no value away from your account. Reading dashboards, serving funnels, receiving traffic and computing verdicts never consume tokens.
4. How you may use a pre-launch funnel
A funnel puts a real price in front of a stranger for a product that does not exist yet. That only stays honest inside these limits, and they are not negotiable:
- You must not take money. No charge, authorisation or capture may be made against a funnel visitor. A funnel has no card field, so there is nothing to charge, and you may not add one.
- You must not claim the app already exists. You may describe what it will do. You may not say it has shipped, invent App Store rankings, or fabricate download numbers.
- You must not fabricate a person. The founder testimonial is signed by you and states your own reason for building. Do not attribute it to someone who does not exist or did not say it.
- You must honour what you promised. If a visitor gave you an email on the promise of launch news, that is what the email is for.
- You must not test regulated or unlawful products. That covers anything needing a licence you do not hold, and anything illegal where your traffic comes from.
- You must not resell VerifyToLaunch or run it as a service under another brand. Testing a client's idea is fine; reselling the tool is not.
If we find a funnel breaking these, we take it offline. Repeat or deliberate breaches end the licence without a refund.
5. Your content and your visitors
Your idea, your copy, your edits and the funnels generated from them are yours. We claim no ownership and we do not use your project content to promote ourselves without asking you first.
Generated copy and images are drafted by AI models from what you wrote. You review them before you publish, and you are the one making the claims to the public. For the personal data your visitors give you (emails, names, phone numbers) you are the controller and we are the processor acting on your instructions. You need your own privacy notice, and your funnel links to it.
6. What a verdict is, and is not
A verdict is a measurement of what a specific set of cold visitors did with a specific funnel at a specific price. It is not a prediction, a guarantee of revenue, or investment advice. Thresholds are set against published web2app conversion benchmarks and are stated openly so you can disagree with them. What you build after reading one is your decision and your risk.
7. Availability
We run this carefully but we do not offer a service-level guarantee. Funnels are served independently of the dashboard so a dashboard outage does not cost you traffic. Planned maintenance is announced by email where we can foresee it.
8. Refunds
Thirty days from purchase, full amount, original payment method, tokens spent or not. Email support@verifytolaunch.com. After a refund the licence ends and published funnels are taken offline; we will export your collected emails to you first if you ask.
9. Ending the licence
You can stop using it whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. We can end a licence for a breach of section 4, for chargeback abuse, or for conduct that puts other people at risk. You get an explanation, and a pro-rata refund where the breach was not deliberate.
10. Liability
Our total liability to you is capped at what you paid for the licence. We are not liable for lost profits, lost ad spend, or the consequences of a build decision you made. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for fraud or death and personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change anything material, we email licence holders at least 14 days before it takes effect and keep the previous version available. Continuing to use the product after that date means the new terms apply.
12. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the operator of VerifyToLaunch is established, and its courts have jurisdiction. The operator's registered name and address appear on the Lemon Squeezy receipt and invoice issued for your purchase. For anything else, write to support@verifytolaunch.com.
