Questions
Before you subscribe.
How does the free trial work?
Pick a plan and check out; nothing is charged for the first 3 days, and cancelling before they pass costs nothing. The trial runs on the 50 tokens every account opens with, and your plan's full allowance lands with the first charge.
What happens to unused tokens?
A renewal tops your balance back up to the plan allowance rather than adding to it, so unused tokens do not stack. A top-up never takes tokens away either: if you are above the allowance, you stay above it.
What happens when I cancel?
Cancel from your billing page, in two clicks. Access runs to the end of what you have paid for, then stops. Your projects, funnels and results stay readable, and subscribing again picks them up where they were.
Can I switch between weekly and monthly?
Yes. The change takes effect at the next renewal, and your tokens follow the new plan's allowance from then on.
Can I run a client's idea?
Yes. One subscription tests as many products as you like, clients' included, five projects held at a time. What you may not do is resell VerifyToLaunch itself or run it as a service under another brand.
